LN 306 of 2007 - NAB MALTA Legal Notice (NEW)

LN 371 of 2004 - Under Product Safety Act (Act No. V Of 2001) - The GLP Regulations for tests on chemicals are defined in L.N. 371 of 2004 which is published under the Product Safety Act V of 2001.
LN 136 of 2003 - Under Product Safety Act (Act No. V Of 2001) - Method for Designating Conformity Assessment Bodies Regulations, 2003. Legal Notice No. 136 of 2003 establishes that conformity assessment bodies, which are willing to be appointed as notified bodies, must become accredited.
